Service Description
Our volleyball program for athletes in Grades 4-5 focuses on developing a strong foundation of essential skills. Led by our experienced coaches, each session will include personalized feedback to help players enhance their technique and build confidence on the court. Program Details: Duration: March 5th to May 2nd (Excluding March 19th, 21st, 26th, 28th during Spring Break and April 18th, Good Friday). Schedule: Wednesdays: 5:00-6:00 PM at Cinnabar Valley Elementary Fridays: 5:00-6:00 PM at Rock City Elementary Note: April 23rd will be held at alternate location due to gym availability. Details will be provided closer to the dates. This program offers a great opportunity for athletes to strengthen their fundamentals and prepare for the next level of play. Half-Pass Option: If attending two nights a week is not possible, a 7-session half pass is available.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policies All policies below subject to change during unforeseen events (i.e. COVID-19) and will be dealt with on a case by case basis. We are here for the love of volleyball and will do whatever we can to make things work and have YOU happy! WEATHER POLICY – Sessions cancelled by Vancouver Island Volleyball Academy LTD. will be RESCHEDULED or ISSUED AS CREDIT FOR FUTURE USE back to the original item paid for (i.e. camp credits will apply to camps) MISSED CLASS POLICY – VIVA cannot be held responsible for any classes that an athlete misses for any reason. CLASS SKILL LEVEL POLICY – VIVA cannot guarantee the skill level of each cohort. Athletes will be asked to accommodate a switch to a different class in order to try and keep a consistent skill level in each cohort. More than 10 days cancellation notice - 10% fee will be charged. Between 9 days - 5 days cancellation notice - 50% fee will be charged. Less than 5 days cancellation notice - full amount is forfeited. Refund Exception If an athlete must cancel due to illness or injury, a doctor's note must be provided and the full fee amount will be refunded.
