VIVA CLUB VOLLEYBALL
Our VIVA Club is built on the same foundation as our Academy, with high-quality coaching, intentional development, and a positive, strong team culture.
Every team will be led by experienced coaches with national championship and post-secondary backgrounds, dedicated to taking athletes to the next level and helping them build the same experiences our coaching staff had playing professional and collegiate volleyball.
Club Coaching Staff
Every VIVA club team is led by highly experienced coaches with extensive backgrounds in high-level volleyball. The majority of our coaches are multiple provincial and national champions and have competed at the professional, college, and university levels. They bring a wealth of playing and coaching experience to every training session, along with a deep passion for athlete development and team culture.

A Letter from the VIVA Directors

Building Vancouver Island Volleyball Academy has truly been one of the greatest joys of our lives. The community that has grown around it, the energy in the gym, and the passion our athletes bring everyday have inspired us more than words can say.

Over time, we’ve heard one message again and again from our families and athletes: we want more opportunities to play this game we love. Our hearts are with our athletes, and we’re listening.

We’re proud to announce the launch of VIVA Volleyball Club. A natural next step that allows us to offer competitive team opportunities while staying true to the same values that built our Academy: quality coaching, positive culture, and growing the joy of sport. We will be having two teams, a U14 girls team and a U16 girls team. ​
Our teams will be led by former post-secondary and professional coaches and players, all with high-level and national championship playing and coaching experience, who share our commitment to excellence and growth.​
We’re here to keep growing the love of the game and to continue creating spaces where athletes can challenge themselves, belong to something bigger than themselves and grow into who they are meant to be, on and off the court.​
