WELCOME TO
VIVA CLUB VOLLEYBALL

Our VIVA Club is built on the same foundation as our Academy, with high-quality coaching, intentional development, and a positive, strong team culture.

Every team will be led by experienced coaches with national championship and post-secondary backgrounds, dedicated to taking athletes to the next level and helping them build the same experiences our coaching staff had playing professional and collegiate volleyball.

Vision

Our vision is to build a volleyball community where every athlete feels welcomed, supported, challenged, and inspired to reach their potential. We strive to be known not only for exceptional coaching and athlete development, but for a strong culture of connection, character, and belonging. We want our athletes to leave VIVA as better volleyball players, great teammates, and confident young people who understand what it means to be part of something bigger than themselves.

Mission

Our mission is to create more opportunities for young athletes to play, learn, and grow through volleyball. Through high-quality, comprehensive coaching and a positive, inclusive environment, we develop confident athletes who understand the value of teamwork, sportsmanship, effort, and supporting one another. At VIVA, every athlete matters, every teammate has a role, and everyone contributes to the team.

2026/2027 Club Teams

After an incredible first club season with our 14U and 16U teams, VIVA is excited to be back for Year Two of Club Volleyball! We’re continuing to grow with our athletes and moving into the next age groups together. This season, VIVA will be offering 15U and 17U programs, building on the relationships, experience, and momentum from our inaugural club season.

We’re also excited to have Terry Palfrey joining VIVA as a Club Mentor Coach. Terry will work alongside our coaches and assistant coaches to support the overall direction, development, and vision of our club.

Assistant coaches for both programs will be announced soon!
