Service Description
Our Grades 8–9 Spring Break Volleyball Camp is designed for athletes who are ready to continue developing their skills and take their game to the next level. Led by our experienced VIVA coaching staff, athletes will work on all core volleyball skills including passing, setting, serving, attacking, defensive systems, movement, communication, and overall game strategy. Athletes will be grouped by skill level to ensure everyone is challenged appropriately and supported in their development. Sessions will include focused technical training, skill progressions, and plenty of real-game scenarios and gameplay, allowing athletes to apply their skills in competitive, game-like situations while building confidence and volleyball IQ. This camp is ideal for Grade 8 and 9 athletes who want quality reps, strong coaching feedback, and a positive, high-energy environment that meets them where they are at and helps them keep progressing. The camp runs for a four-hour period each day and includes two 15-minute snack breaks, so athletes should come prepared with snacks and water. Registration includes a VIVA T-shirt for each athlete. A great week of training, competition, and growth on the court.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policies All policies below subject to change during unforeseen events (i.e. COVID-19) and will be dealt with on a case by case basis. We are here for the love of volleyball and will do whatever we can to make things work and have YOU happy! WEATHER POLICY – Sessions cancelled by Vancouver Island Volleyball Academy LTD. will be RESCHEDULED or ISSUED AS CREDIT FOR FUTURE USE back to the original item paid for (i.e. camp credits will apply to camps) MISSED CLASS POLICY – VIVA cannot be held responsible for any classes that an athlete misses for any reason. CLASS SKILL LEVEL POLICY – VIVA cannot guarantee the skill level of each cohort. Athletes will be asked to accommodate a switch to a different class in order to try and keep a consistent skill level in each cohort. More than 10 days cancellation notice - 10% fee will be charged. Between 9 days - 5 days cancellation notice - 50% fee will be charged. Less than 5 days cancellation notice - full amount is forfeited. Refund Exception If an athlete must cancel due to illness or injury, a doctor's note must be provided and the full fee amount will be refunded.
