Service Description
A perfect way to keep indoor volleyball going after club season, our Girls Spring High Performance Program is designed specifically for athletes in Grades 10 and 12 who are serious about taking their game to the next level and exploring future post-secondary volleyball opportunities. This program is intensive and advanced, led by experienced coaches who will challenge athletes through technical development, advanced drills, and high-level gameplay scenarios designed to push athletes beyond their comfort zone. Eligibility • Athletes must already have a strong foundation in volleyball • Prior school and/or club volleyball experience is required • Athletes must be able to demonstrate all core skills (serving, passing, setting, hitting, blocking, and defence) Important Note Our goal is to keep these sessions true to their high performance standard. If an athlete is not yet demonstrating the level of skill required to match the pace of the sessions, we will kindly recommend moving to one of our Grade 8-12 Development programs, where athletes can continue building their skills in a supportive training environment (held Friday nights from 6:30-8:00 at Cinnabar). If this switch cannot be accommodated, a refund minus a processing fee will be given back. Session Details: Thursdays: 7:00-9:00 at Cedar Elementary from May 7, 2026 - Jun 11, 2026 (May 7, 14, 21, 28, June 4, 11)
