This is a great option for athletes looking to supplement their school volleyball season, athletes who didn’t make their school team but want to stay involved and continue developing, or athletes who simply want to keep training before club season begins. Sessions will focus on technical development, advanced drills, high-level gameplay, and building the skills needed to compete at the next level. Eligibility • Athletes should have a strong foundation in volleyball • Previous school and/or club volleyball experience is recommended • Athletes should be comfortable with the core skills of serving, passing, setting, hitting, blocking, and defence • Athletes should be ready to train at a faster pace and be challenged throughout the sessions Newer to volleyball? If your athlete is still developing their fundamental skills or is newer to the sport, send us a message!
