Service Description
Get ready for winter competition with our Girls High Performance Program, created specifically for athletes in Grades 9 and 10 who are serious about taking their game to the next level and exploring post-secondary volleyball opportunities. This program is intensive and advanced, led by experienced coaches who will challenge athletes through technical development, advanced drills, and high-level gameplay scenarios. Eligibility: -Athletes must already have a strong foundation in volleyball. -Prior school and/or club volleyball experience is required. -Athletes must be able to demonstrate all core skills (serving, passing, setting, hitting, blocking, defence). Important Note Our goal is to keep these sessions true to their high performance standard. If an athlete is not yet exemplifying the level of skill needed to match the pace of these sessions, we will kindly ask them to move to one of our Development programs for Grades 9–10, where they’ll still get high-quality training in a supportive environment. Please check our Development program listings for dates and details. This program is designed for those who are ready to be pushed, compete at a higher intensity, and prepare for the next step in their volleyball journey. Running from September 16 to October 30th, Tuesdays 6:30-8:30 and Thursdays 6:30-8:30, both at Cedar Elementary. Thursdays: (November 6, 13, 20, 27, December 4, 11) Don’t miss this opportunity to level up your game—we can’t wait to see you on the court! 🏐 Registration includes a VIVA t-shirt
