Service Description

Join us for an exciting two-day co-ed volleyball camp for athletes in Grades 8 - 9. Designed for athletes in Grades 8 to 9, this camp is ideal for players who already have a foundation in volleyball and are ready to take the next step in their development. Training will focus on refining technique, increasing consistency, and improving game awareness across all core skills including serving, passing, setting, attacking, and defensive play. Athletes will be challenged through higher-tempo drills, competitive scenarios, and game-based learning that emphasizes decision making and execution. While geared toward athletes with prior experience, this camp remains adaptable and supportive for players who are newer but motivated to improve and ready to be pushed in a positive environment. Week 2 will build on the progression from Week 1, allowing athletes to continue developing and layering their skills. Athletes who are only able to attend Week 2 will still receive a strong focus on fundamentals and will be fully supported in their learning. Train with professional players George Hobern and Kate Ferguson, who are currently competing in the Czech Republic. This is a unique opportunity to learn directly from high-level athletes with international experience. Coach Highlights: George Hobern • VK TROX Příbram (Czech Republic) — 2025/26 • Professional experience in Germany, Cyprus, France, Austria, and Czech Republic • Team Canada • German Cup Bronze • Cyprus Supercup Silver • Austrian Cup Bronze • University of Alberta Golden Bears • USports National Champion • Multiple national and conference medals • FISU World University Games • U21 NORCECA Silver Medalist Kate Ferguson • PVK Přerov (Czech Republic) — 2025/26 • Brasília Vôlei (Brazil) — 2024/25 • Lemesos Volleyball (Cyprus) — 2023/24 • VBC Cheseaux (Switzerland) — 2022/23 • Engelholm VS (Sweden) — 2021/22 • All-Star Team Selection • Western University (Canada) — 2016/17 to 2020/21 • Team Ontario Beach — 2016 Come ready to learn, compete, and have fun in a positive and high-energy environment!
