Athletes can expect high-tempo reps, structured drills, and detailed technical feedback. This program is ideal for those who love to be challenged, pushed, and engaged at a strong competitive level. Sessions move quickly and require athletes to be confident on the court, able to transition smoothly between drills, and comfortable receiving and applying coaching feedback. Important Note This program is best suited for participants who: -Have extensive volleyball experience -Have played in leagues, clubs, or competitive recreational programs -Are comfortable with all fundamental skills (passing, serving, setting, attacking, defense) -Can keep up with high-paced drills and continuous play -Are open to technical feedback and making adjustments in real time -Enjoy a competitive, focused training environment Please only register for this session if you meet the above criteria. This helps ensure a positive experience for all participants and allows coaches to run sessions at the intended pace and level. Skill Level Adjustments ***If a participant’s skill level is determined not to align with the advanced session, they may be asked to move to a more appropriate level to ensure everyone is training with others of similar ability.
