Service Description
Our Grade 4–5 Volleyball Program is a train-and-play experience designed to build a strong foundation in the game while keeping athletes active, confident, and having a blast. Led by our high-energy coaching staff, each two-hour session is split into two key parts. The first half focuses on fun, engaging training that builds essential athleticism, coordination, and fundamental volleyball skills such as passing, serving, movement, and teamwork. Sessions are lively, supportive, and designed to keep kids moving and smiling. The second half of each session is dedicated to game play, where athletes get plenty of opportunities to apply what they have learned in real volleyball situations. This helps build confidence, game understanding, and a love for competition in a positive environment. With upbeat coaches, tons of movement, and an encouraging atmosphere, this program is packed with energy and a great time is guaranteed. Dates: Mondays: 5:00–7:00 PM at Brechin Elementary School (January 12, 19, 26, Feb 2, 9 23, March 2, 9, 30) Note: There are no sessions Feb 16th for Family Day and no sessions March 16th and 23rd for Spring Break

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policies All policies below subject to change during unforeseen events (i.e. COVID-19) and will be dealt with on a case by case basis. We are here for the love of volleyball and will do whatever we can to make things work and have YOU happy! WEATHER POLICY – Sessions cancelled by Vancouver Island Volleyball Academy LTD. will be RESCHEDULED or ISSUED AS CREDIT FOR FUTURE USE back to the original item paid for (i.e. camp credits will apply to camps) MISSED CLASS POLICY – VIVA cannot be held responsible for any classes that an athlete misses for any reason. CLASS SKILL LEVEL POLICY – VIVA cannot guarantee the skill level of each cohort. Athletes will be asked to accommodate a switch to a different class in order to try and keep a consistent skill level in each cohort. More than 10 days before the start date: A 10% administrative cancellation fee will apply. 5–9 days before the start date: A 50% cancellation fee will apply. Within 4 days of the start date: The registration fee is non-refundable. This policy allows us to confirm facility rentals, staffing, and program planning in advance. Thank you for your understanding and support. Refund Exception In the case of withdrawal due to illness or injury, a doctor’s note is required. If the withdrawal occurs before the program begins, a refund will be issued minus a 10% administrative fee. If the withdrawal occurs after the program has started, the refund will be prorated based on the number of sessions completed, plus a 10% administrative fee.
