Service Description

Our Grades 10-12 Train & Play Volleyball Program is designed for athletes who are looking to continue their volleyball journey, whether they did not make a club team this season or are simply seeking more opportunities to develop and play. Each session offers the best of both worlds in a positive, upbeat training environment. The first half of the session focuses on structured training, where athletes work on refining volleyball technique, improving fundamentals, building volleyball IQ, and developing confidence through purposeful drills and skill progressions. The second half of the session shifts into game play, where athletes are placed into teams and given the opportunity to apply what they have learned. This includes modified game-based drills to reinforce skills, as well as full-court volleyball games that encourage competition, teamwork, and decision-making. Led by supportive and experienced coaches, this program is a great fit for athletes who want to keep improving, stay connected to the game, and enjoy training in an encouraging, fun, and challenging environment. Thursdays 6:30-8:30 at Cinnabar Valley Elementary (January 15, 22, 29, February 5, 12, 19, 26, March 5, 12, April 2) Note: There are no sessions on March 19th and March 26th for Spring Break
