Service Description

Our Grades 8–12 Train & Play Volleyball Program is designed for athletes who want to continue their volleyball journey in a positive and supportive environment. This program is a great option for athletes who did not join a club team this season, or who are simply looking for additional opportunities to develop their skills and enjoy the game. While we also offer High Performance training sessions for Grades 8–12 athletes who are training at a more competitive level, the Train & Play program is intentionally designed to be a more fundamentals-focused and slightly slower-paced environment where athletes can build confidence, improve technique, and develop their understanding of the game. Each session offers the best of both worlds. The first half of the session focuses on structured training, where athletes work on refining volleyball technique, strengthening fundamentals, improving volleyball IQ, and developing confidence through purposeful drills and skill progressions. The second half of the session shifts into game play, where athletes are placed into teams and given the opportunity to apply what they have learned. This portion includes modified game-based drills to reinforce skills, along with full-court volleyball games that encourage competition, teamwork, and decision-making. Led by supportive and experienced coaches, this program is a great fit for athletes who want to keep improving, stay connected to the game, and train in an environment that is encouraging, fun, and challenging. Fridays: 6:30-8:00 at Cinnabar Valley Elementary from May 1, 2026 - Jun 12, 2026 (May 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, June 5, 12). Note: May 1, and May 22 are held at an alternate gym, details released closer to the date.
