Jeff Webb brings over 12 years of coaching experience to the court, having worked with athletes at every stage of development—from elementary school beginners to university-level competitors.

 

A decorated former player, Jeff served as captain of the VIU Men’s Volleyball Team, earning multiple awards and contributing to several provincial and national championship titles in both indoor and beach volleyball.

 

His deep understanding of the game and ability to connect with athletes have made him a respected leader in the volleyball community. Jeff’s passion lies in helping athletes grow not only as players but as individuals. His coaching philosophy emphasizes skill development, teamwork, and confidence through positive mentorship.

 

Dedicated to fostering a strong and supportive team culture, Jeff is excited to continue building within the VIVA Volleyball Academy community, empowering young athletes to pursue excellence both on and off the court.
